Charm Family Restauraunt in Charm

Decided on a whim to try this restaurant for lunch today and found it quite "charming". The service was fast, friendly, and courteous. We tried a burger, chicken noodle spup, taco salad, and peanut butter cream pie - all was absolutely delicious and you can tell it was home made. Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area

You have to have the Lake Erie perch sandwich. Loved it.

Fine home cooking style of restaurant. Amish, Mennonite run. Wholesome. Grandma would be proud.

Wasn't even greeted when we got there plenty of open tables then greeted and said it'd be a 10-minute wait it was longer than a 10-minute wait so we did not have a good experience

A terrific smaller out of the beaten path find. Flavor of the food was awesome good portion great price. You will not be disappointed.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Food was heavenly and plenty of it. Carry out pecan & cherry pie was melt in your mouth 🤩! (After 2 hour ride home, only wish I had bought whole pies!! 🤗Shopped at Kiem Lumber, and happy we crossed the street to eat. 😋

For a wonderful home cooked meal make this place a must. The chicken is out of this world. I couldn't stop eating it. Shopping across the street. Charm boots.

Had lunch at the family restaurant, the wait staff was fantastic, very helpful and fast. The food was a tad hit or miss, but I blame my own tastes, the roast beef was DELICIOUS and the noodles were tasty, the corn pudding left a bit to be desired, I've not seen corn pudding as... "wet" as this. Maybe this is just a style of corn pudding I'm not used to, but I ended up leaving most of it on the plate.I got a glance at some other diner's plates of sides and the fries looked great, the burgers looked well put together as well.I would absolutely eat here again if given the chance, but I'd go for mashed potatoes or fries instead of the corn pudding next time.

Ate there yesterday for lunch and it was delicious. My husband and I had each ordered soup. I had the broccoli cheese with noodles. It was a creamy soup with lots of flavor. He had the cheeseburger soup which was just as tasty and a maple bacon burger on a pretzel bun. He said it was Awesome!

A wonderful lunch! The workers at this restaurant found a way to serve each of their customers a delicious hot meal during a power outage. They were calm, cool, and collected during this entire ordeal. Thank you for great service and a great atmosphere!

Usually LOVE this place. Last time the food was way too greasy and tasted like the oil in the fryers needed changed. Had perch sandwich and couldn't eat more than a bite.

Chicken dinner was bad, it came out in literally 3 minutes from the time I ordered it. Obviously it was sitting back there done, which would explain why it was soggy and flavorless

My daughter and I got chicken tenders and fries. The chicken was hand battered, not heavy, and the fries were hand cut. Everything was delicious and homemade. Second time going here and not unsatisfied.

Service was great. Food was very good.

The supposedly fresh bread was almost too hard to eat. I could tap the edges with my fork and it made noise. Roast beef was really good though. Very disappointed

This is my favorite because it's off the beaten path. Great food too! Chicken is fresh and wonderful. Parents always went to this one also.

This place was OK. Portions where small. As a family we tried 6 dishes from meatloaf to the fish and nothing stood out as a highly recommended. There are so many fantastic places up the road in Berlin, that I recomend passing this one by.

Service was prompt and courteous. Food was really good. The roast beef stacker was great. My husband's had the chicken wrap and said it was really good as well.

There's not a whole lot to do on Charm. The service was quick and polite. This was my first time to Charm Family restaurant. I wish I would have ordered the Fried Chicken. What I ordered, the pork and sour krout was rather dry. I don't regret trying this place and we'll probably go there again.

The food is plentiful and tasty. The hostess and waitress we friendly and helpful. The prices seem reasonable. Dessert looked good but who had room? Best of all there was no wait unlike the three other places we tried with long lines out the door. The home made bread and strawberry jam are a huge positive.

Good consistant classic style food (Amish style). We often eat lunch here when we are in the area. We both really like their taco salad.

We love Charm Family Restaurant! Great food and friendly service. Nice break from all the hustle and bustle of the larger, more crowded places in Amish country. It is our "go to" spot!! P.S. Try the Cheeseburger soup...sounds odd but soooo yummy!!

This is the only Amish Restaurant I will eat in. They have a diverse menu and everything I have had there is good. Had pork and sauerkraut. With mashed potatoes. Hit the spot. A nice clean family restaurant

Love the people and love the food

We stopped in here at the end of our day exploring the local shopping and site seeing. I had the roast beef and my wife had the chicken and biscuits. It was all delicious and the staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely recommend.
